Just made a simple install shell script for Cloud9

Hi,



Recently, we’ve launched the Mautic Meetup in Nagoya, Japan.

But I started get lazy to deploy multiple Mautic environment every month.



So I made a Mautic installation shell script for Cloud9 to save some time.



This would be ideal for the people who wants to demo Mautic quick.



I pushed it to GitHub. Feel free to test it out and give me a feedback thought GitHub issue, or this thread.
