I have a free account …mautic.com.

In the lower right corner of the application is visible statement that I can send 50 e-mail per hour and 12,000 e-mail within the month.

On the https://mautic.com is information that there are no limits on sending e-mail.

How should we understand this?

Hi!

Mautic is a free and open source download marketing platform and has absolutely no limits on sending emails or storing leads. The software can handle as much as your platform can. :slight_smile: Mautic.com is a service offering “Mautic Hosted For You” and is provided by a third party and they limit accounts on their free plan (but ask their support team for more details definitely).
