The error states that you are trying to execute “mautic:emails:send” which is obviously not a valid CMD.

Quote your CRON and your issue will most likely go away.

I answered that in few places here. One of it:

Command "mautic:campaigns:update " is not defined

That would be 0,15,30,45 * * * * /usr/bin/php "/var/www/html/bin/console mautic:segments:update"
