Please fix on priority: 500 Internal Server Error

I am on PAID Mautic cloud. My instant is sigzen.mautic.net



I am truly frustrated where I am not able to see any support system. I am able to login however I am not able to access Channels --> Emails.



I am getting following error:



“Uh oh! I think I broke it. If I do it again, please report me to the system administrator!”

500 Internal Server Error




I have reported the issue through help link and send multiple time, however there is no importance of cloud customer.
