Can I ask everyone in the community who has experienced Mautic upgrade errors—particularly when trying to upgrade M6 from one minor version to another or from M6 to M7 ?
If you’ve struggled with the upgrade, could you please check whether you used the Mautic database table prefix option when you initially installed Mautic?
I’m starting to suspect that Mautic upgrades work correctly on databases that don’t use a table prefix, but may fail on databases that do use a prefix. This is only a hypothesis at the moment, but gathering some real-world feedback from the community could help confirm whether there’s a pattern.
