Segmen anniversary filter doesn't work

I found the reason - it’s still ab bug in the 4.4.10

That works:
anniversary +1 days
birthday +1 day

Added a custom field of type date - Date of Birth. | Q | A | --- | --- | Mautic version | 3.0.2 | PHP version | 7.2 | Browser | ### Steps to reproduce 1.
