Yes, you will need to setup DKIMif you want to have the best delivery rated. And the DKIM information and setup will be provided by the company you choose (Amazon SES, Sendgrid, Sparkpost etc)

Yes if you wanna try to get the better delivery rate you must do that. DKIMm DMAR is the way to authenticate that the email send is from a trusted source more info here
