Hi @joeyk . For sure you can have integration with Zapier/Integromat, what I was thinking is something native, like SMS, that you can add to your campaigns.

These integrations are a lot of work. Many mautitions are half coder / half marketers, and solve these issues with webhooks, integromat, zapier ;(
