"The site is currently offline due to encountering an error" during install?

Hi,



I checked my server logs but I don’t see any information regarding what is causing this error.



Are there specific folders that need to have “write” access for the install?



Also, I was going to try to manually add my database information but the “/app/config/local.php” file is not listed in my directory.
