Tried to ugprade from 4.2 and got app/bundles/CoreBundle/Resources/views/Offline

My Mautic version is: mautic 5
My PHP version is:8.1
My Database type and version is: maria db

Your problem
My problem is:after upgrade I cannot access. I get :
The “app/bundles/CoreBundle/Resources/views/Offline” directory does not exist (“/home2/dandumit/app/bundles/CoreBundle/Resources/views/Offline”).

These errors are showing in the log:

Following other threads from here : I have moved plugins folder, I have unzipped again the archive. now I hit an issue of DB json_array type

does anyone know how should I install npm ? is it a prerequisite ?
