Webhook Relay with Mautic

Does mautic support a webhook relay? Suppose I want to recieve AWS SES or any other webhook request in a relay that will further publish the same webhook request to mautic (such as amazon/callback) - #1 in this case will it work?

#2 -Or will it work with certain configurations? (or any open source webhook relays)
