Where the state and country database file?

Hi guys. I need to change a state and country name to macth whith my api request.
Where and witch is the file with this data? How may i edit it without broke any thing?

I do wonder what your goal is though, because if you could leverage a pre-existing API to do all your geography-work instead, I imagine it could make Kodi nox your life simpler.
