@karo2204 Use the links above namely https://zapier.com/dashboard/auth/oauth/return/App27055API/ as the redirect URI when setting up the API in Mautic itself. The URI sadly changes everytime the integration is updated

For anyone using Mautic.com put in the your sites URL in as following https://oururl.mautic.com and it should be working

You do need to enable API access using OAuth 2 as well

I reinstalled it now and I still get the an error saying:

{"error":"redirect_uri_mismatch","error_description":"The redirect URI provided does not match registered URI(s)."}

I copied and pasted everything according to instructions.

I’m sorry I just don’t understand why I cannot connect Zapier to my self-hosted Mautic site. Can someone create a simple and concise guide for this? I’m not even sure if I have the API installed or not.

It stopped working for me for some reason.
When I test the account on Zapier it returns an error: “authorization failed: Invalid grant_type parameter or parameter missing”

When I then go to Connected Accounts and try to reconnect with Mautic, I enter the domain as suggested (https://ffw.mautic.com). When I click continue it opens a new window that then returns a ‘500 internal server error’.

Any ideas why?

UPDATE: I found the error. The return URl had changed and I had to update it in Mautics API setting

wow! great integration @zpetterd ! Thank you so much! I was able to connect the dots and it looks fine, gotta test it now with some new leads.

I am using this integration to move new leads from Mailchimp to Mautic. Is there any way i can move the lead directly to a mautic list?

@josias The up to date invite URL is https://zapier.com/developer/invite/27055/56911aa900e5ab359e5e8dfb452c43fe/ and the redirect URI that you put into Mautic is https://zapier.com/dashboard/auth/oauth/return/App27055API/

@pramodgeorge what you can do is have two actions for the one trigger, to do that you need you do need to use this though https://zapier.com/manage/add-superpower/flow/

You will need a “Create a lead” action and another “Add a lead to a list” action, it may not work though as you need the Mautic lead id .

I get page not found. The invite worked for me. I can see the Mautic Zap. I need to enter the public key and private key in the configuration. I though this URI is what i need to obtain the public and private key ?
Sorry, i am a newbie still to all this.

I reread the instruction and found the place in mautic where to do it. Waiting on the zap to bring back a message now.

I had to manually write down the keys and re type them into the wizard. is that the way everyone is doing it ? no copy and paste ?

What do i do with the update invite ? Do i have to delete the app from zapier and re add that ? Help please ?

@Clombard05 if you are using the Mautic API V2 app then you are good, it had to be renamed to make some major changes. If you have any existing zaps you can just edit them to use the Mautic API V2 app instead.

Did it end up connect in? A 404 Not Found error normally means that you haven’t put your Mautic site address in correctly
