I see 5 options, the one at the top is the one that works? Also, I’m not seeing my segments load to attach a new contact to a segment. Thoughts?

Having hassles with this Zap. I connect my mautic (2.9 self hosted) and when it fteches a test contact I get

message: Looks like I encountered an error (error #404). If I do it again, please report me to the system administrator!
code: 404
Fields with no value:

Logins are correct

Any advice?
