404 Page not found on install

I’ve loaded Mautic on cpanel through WP and database. I have my own server and dedicated IP address but no matter what I try, I keep getting the 404 page not found. Can’t someone help… i’m sure it’s just a coding glitch. I have some experience so I can follow whatever instructions I’m given
