My Mautic version is: 2.16.3
My PHP version is: 7.3.33
My Database type and version is: MariaDB 10.1
When I go to my website I can see that the MTC_ID shows me a value, I then sign up on my website entering in name, email address, etc. and using the Mautic API I create this contact also sending the IP address of the user.
However, when I look at this contact under Mautic I see a new MTC_ID is created and assigned to this new user.
I then log out and log back in using the email address of the new user I created but a different MTC_ID shows in the cookie.
This used to work before and I was able to track “Page Hits” from my contacts but now I can only see “Page Hits” if I click on the “Anonymous” button and view it by IP address.
Does anyone have an idea of why this isn’t working anymore?
