Add to Segment from a Tag

My Mautic version is: v4.1.1
My PHP version is: 7.4.26
My Database type and version is: 10.4.22-MariaDB-cll-lve (mysqli)

Your problem
My problem is:

I would like to create a segment whereby all contacts with the tag ‘Newsletter’ are added to a segment.

Is this possible in Mautic? Or alternative options (My contacts are imported through Pabbly (connected to Wix) and won’t let me assign a segment there)?

  1. I have created the segment including those that have been tagged with ‘Newsletter’:
  2. After applying/saving and closing, no contacts are in the segment

create a new segment “Newsletter users”.
In the ‘filter’, select “tag == newsletter”
wait a bit for the cron to run
it should now be populated.
