As I search and discover Mautic, I’m amazed by the possibilities packed in this product.
Therefore, a lot of functions, variables, options are not or not enough documented.
Could it be possible to include a page that would sum up all accessible variables to create better mails and templates.

Yes, documentation is lacking the development. It’d be awesome if you could help with that. The documentation is open source and anybody can improve it:

The static list won’t be ever complete of the custom fields. Every Mautic instance can have different lead custom fields which can be used in the emails as well. I’ve seen a feature request to display all variables next to the editor at https://github.com/mautic/mautic/issues , but can’t find it now.
I’ve added a list of variables to the github documentation, but no one has approved the pull request yet.
