Adding image or HTML text into focus item?

Hi,



the title says it - is it possible to design a more rich focus item by adding an image or possibly some bolded/styled text into it?



I thought I could have done it by adding such content into a form using “description area” and, then, embedding this form into a focus item using “collect data” mode. Unfortunately, the description area is somehow removed when rendering the form within a focus item.



Any tips?
