Why are Focus Items so Restrictive - is there a way around this

Your software My Mautic version is: 2.16.3 + 3.1 My PHP version is: 7.2 Your problem My problem is: Creating Focus items seems super restrictive in the design you are able to show here. I tried to add an image “which was round” but still this “envelope” comes up. Is there something I am missing here, or is the only way to change this something in the code and then would this allow for any type of Focus Item design to be implemented via html ?
