I have locked my outside the mautic. The password reset email is not delivered to my admin email. I am using sendgrid for email delivery.
Can you please guide me how to change the admin password through phpmyadmin etc.

Which password encryption is used by Mautic? Is it MD5? Please guide.
I have the same issue.
It seems that when Mautic is set to use sendGrid admin reset emails are not sent.
Can anyone advise how the config file could be changed to force Mautic to send emails via php again temporarily to get the reset email?
