Amazon SES\SNS: How to identify the recipient's address in a complaint letter?

Good day.

We have received several complaints after sending out our email campaign to our subscribers.

We are using Mautic+Amazon SES. We also configured SNS for bounces and complaints.

Unfortunately, when we open a complaint letter we don’t see the address that the letter was sent.

This is what we see:

As you can see the recipient’s address ( can’t be identified.

How can we see what address was the email sent to?
