Hi everyone,

Today I’m sharing this plugin with you since some of our customers run on Bexio and need to connect their contacts and activities with Mautic, so this helps keep marketing and sales processes in sync.

Typical use cases:

  • Export contacts from Mautic campaigns directly to Bexio (automatic or manual).

  • Create and send invoices in Bexio (e.g., to process orders submitted via a form)

  • Detect existing contacts in Bexio to avoid duplicates.

  • Trigger sales follow‑ups in Bexio based on Mautic campaign stages.

Yeah, this is really cool. We implemented DB compare functions as well to our clients, they love it.
We found it really useful when clients can export / import only specifix segments based on Bexio category.

That reminds me what our customers really love… invoices :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:
We actually support creating and sending invoices in Bexio directly from Mautic — e.g. a customer submits an order via a form and automatically gets the invoice.

I just updated the docs with that feature, completely forgot to mention it earlier.
