In campaign builder I want to have multiple actions for one category, but can’t find a way to do this. Eg I send an email. If they open it they get and increase in points then sent the second email. If they dont, open the first they get a decrease in points, then they are also sent the same second email…but I cannot create this where the second ‘Send Email 2’ only accepts one input. This is crazy as it means the branching to construct say 4 Yes / No emails would be huge.
What am I doing wrong??

Could you put here the screen shot of your campaign diagram? I can’t imagine it from your description.

I am trying to connect Email Open 3 to Email 2 send it but it seems this cannot be done, rather the only way is to create another Email 2 send box. If this is the case then it makes the process of a more complex campaign an campaign builder nightmare. Hope you can help. Thanks
Yes, you are right. Mautic doesn’t allow to connect a node used in one branch from second branch. You’ll have to create a new node which can work with the same email though.
