Can not fill in forms

Since Update 2.9 i could not fill in forms. I hope that it would be better with Update 2.9.1 but i still can’t fill in forms on my sites.

I see the form und the fields but when i click in it no cursor appears and i can’t write something.

I tried also to make a new form and i did not change the name of the submit button but i did not change anything.
