Sorry to raise this problem but could anyone please tell the the clue how to fix the below problem:



I’m getting this log error and the form is hang on submit button after hit submit. The problem happened after I upgrade to 2.9 and now it’s 2.9.1 and it’s still not be fixed

Same here @phuquy1311 , let me know if you hear of any resolution. Same in 2.9.2 today. Glad to help resolve this in any way!

I tried that, and it ran 3 small quick queries, but it didn’t fix the forms hanging whenever submit is pressed.

Are you experiencing this problem?

How can we use Mautic if Forms are not working? Why hasn’t anyone from Mautic offered any advise on this?

@escopecz Do you have any advise on this issue? I notice numerous posts on this topic on Mautic forums and also on GitHiub with no explanation on how to fix the issue…?

The error from above was fixed in Mautic 2.9.1. My advice is to keep your Mautic up to date.

What is your error message then? It cannot be the same as the original error message.

Update the Mautic and Mautic’s URL to use SSL.

Well there you go. I’ll have to learn to use the dev tools console at some point.

That worked. First I just typed in the URL with https
https://www.padtinc.com/mautic/testform
That verified that the problem was fixed.

I’m still trying to get it to use SSL automatically.

So… It was working.

I typed in https:// and it worked
We changed the Mautic settins to make https://www.padtinc.com/muatic as the location

It worked. Excitement!

Then… it stopped Now I have the same problem.
Cleared cache, made new forms, checked for error message. Nothing.

can you try looking again. A much simpler form: http://www.padtinc.com/mautic/test2

What tool did you use to find the error the first time? is that something I can use to help debug?

Same problem here.

It’s my first test of mautic. I’m on v2.9.2, but none of the forms I created performs the redirect or displays a message after the form submit. Here’s a test page: https://dev.michaelvanlaar.com/mautic/test2

All assets are included via https, so the mixed content problem should not apply here.

@escopecz Good evening. I am currently using the latest version of Mautic and have also the SSL settings configured… I am seeing no errors in Dev Console… can you check my link and let me know your thoughts? Thanks!

@jwldub I don’t see anything wrong with your form either. The problem is that the form doesn’t display the success message, right? I’ve seen such problem last week at someone else already, so there must be some bug. But I cannot replicate it. Can you replicate it with an other form? If so, can you find out what option is causing it?

Same issue on one of my forms, tried recreating the form to no avail (I’m on the latest version).

The form that doesn’t work has a download asset option (tested, still doesn’t work after removal of asset from actions). Almost as if all forms created after a certain version do not work, but forms created before do.
