Dear Mautic Community,
After upgrading from 2.0 to 2.0.1 I received some slight visual errors with Mautic. Campaign triggered emails were sending perfectly fine along with emails to segments.
The only visual issue I experienced was the sending progress bar would not update by batch size like it would before. Instead of updating every 100, or however many emails I set the batch send value to, it would stay at 0 until all sending was complete and then the progress bar would go to 100%.
For example it would stay at 0% indicating 0 out of 1000 emails were sent until all 1000 emails were sent, then the progress bar would update to 100% indicating all 1000 emails were sent.
This wasn’t too big of an issue as I could open the emails list in a new tab and I could occasionally refresh the emails list to see the segments sending true progress.
After updating to 2.1.1 the progress bar just hangs at 0% like before when sending emails to segments, except now no emails are sent.
I’ve left this segment email sending page open for hours and it never sends a single email.
When checking the error log there isn’t any helpful messages in the log.
The only error message I see is:

My installation of mautic is still sending emails in campaigns perfectly fine, and it also sends the email I am trying to send to my segment perfectly fine to myself when I send a test email using the send test feature.
Note: the email in the error log has been modified from my real customers email to 'CUSTOMEREMAILHERE@yahoo.com" to preserve their privacy.
Is anyone else having this same issue? I saw a few posts about people having this same issue on 2.0 but the posts just end with saying this error will be fixed in new versions.

Also as a side note my server time, timezone in the mautic configuration, and my Mauitc account timezone are all set to the same timezone: Chicago.
When I view a contacts history all times listed here are in Central Standard Time, which is correct as this is the timezone for Chicago, but when I view the all contacts page the times given in this list are all incorrect.
It seems the contacts list page with all contacts is using UTC or a different timezone then the individual contact page when inspecting one contacts history.
Does anyone know could this be causing my segments to not send properly?
Has anyone else experienced this?
Does anyone know of a potential fix?

I’m having the same issue with UTC vs Chicago time.
My emails are not sending either and I have configured all the cron jobs.
Also I would just push the email, but can’t figure out how.
