Cant add leads to lists

Hello.



I have been trying for days to add leads to my smart lists but to no avail.

I made a list and put a filter of email =not empty.

But when I add emails, nothing gets added to it. It continues to say “No leads”

I can still edit the lead and make it part of that list and then the list says “1 lead”

Whats the problem?
