Hi I am using the hosted account and have just imported around 2000 leads successfully. Now I am trying to setup the different Lists with filters for location - e.g filter for the first list is City 1, filter for the second list is City 2 etc and then the filter for the third list is all entries that have neither City 1 nor City 2. Thus I should have 3 lists with the total on each list adding up to the total number of leads but the numbers don’t add up.
I then try setting up just one list with the filter ‘email not empty’. This should produce all 2,000 leads but for some reason, this list shows only 600 odd entries (all 2,000 leads do have email entries).
Now I am really confused. How come such a simple filter facility on a list is so problematic. Am I missing something? This is great software but it does seem to have some bugs.
Another really common issue is unpredictable behavior during editing of leads, lists etc. In some cases, the screen just sits there - the edit does take place but you wouldn’t know it unless you went back to the previous page and refreshed the leads or lists…
