My Mautic version is: v3.2.1
My PHP version is: 7.3.25

Your problem
My problem is:
I can’t send email.
Test connexion is Ok.
We use SMTP pepipost, we can send from pepipost.
But When using “send email test” we have the following error message :

These errors are showing in the log:
Expected response code 354 but got code “554”, with message "554 5.5.1 Error: no valid recipients "

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:
I check the password etc everything is ok.

No idea where to looking for

Hi. Did you solve this issue? I have the same problem, and the solution from this post with the same problem didn´t worked for me. After DNS propagation the problem persist.

Any body can help. I had tried to find this on the forum with out success.

“Send email test” sends and email to the user email address. Top Right corner click user, click account, and verify the email address is correct with no spaces at the beginning or end.

check EJL answer .it did work for me just by changing my email on my user to right one I m using on my SMTP loging.
