Steps I have tried to fix the problem: checked the email smtp settings, tested the connection, updated the cronjobs but still the problem persists. I even allowed a couple of days to rule out the possibility of DNS not being propagated.
Any assistance in resolving the issue is much appreciated.
Can you plz test if your recipient has a valid email address?
This error is showing that you are trying to send an email to someone with not a valid email.
What’s does this 554 error code mean? … 554 error code means that the receiving server sees something in the From or To Headers of the message , that it doesn’t like. This can be caused by a spam filter identifying your machine as a relay, or as a machine not trusted to send emails from your domain
Hi Joeyk, Hope you are doing well. All DNS records are fully propagated and the issue still seems to persists. What else could be a possible solution to this?
Joeyl, It is the same as error posted earlier to the letter. no change at all. I’ve also reached out to the hosting service provider about the same, waiting for their response for now.
