My idea is: To be able to change the default settings of “Reply to Contact” within the Send form result function. Right now it’s set to “Yes” by default and cannot be changed. I’ve had clients worrying about not remembering to set it to No and send their internal communication to a contact.
I think these groups of people would benefit from this idea: The common user who only want the system to work for them without having to think every time they set up something.
Why I think they would benefit from this idea: They would have one thing less to worry or think about in their daily use of the system.
Any code or resources to support this idea: Unfortunately not, I’m not a developer.
