Community Contributors Agreement is inaccessible

I was intending to sign the Mautic Community Contributors Agreement that is linked on the contributor agreement page of the Mautic website to start contributing on GitHub. When I access the linked document I do however receive an unexpected error due to failing CORS on the “docusign” site.

Is that document actually inaccessible or might this be a regional issue to me? This document has been inaccessible to me since at least last week.

It seems we do not require contributors to sign an agreement before contributing after we became independent.
