Configuration Will Not Open After First Installation

Hi All, I have just installed, 22.01.2017, the latest version of Mautic and cannot get into Configuration to continue the set up process. The flashing bar shows Mautic is working on it but then it just stops leaving me in my dashboard page. Can anyone advise? Bill
