I can't access configuration

Hi for any reasons I have no access to the configuration in the dashboard anymore. It was a new installation therefore I even re installed Mautic but without success.



Does anyone have a solution?



Also my php current doesn’t work with 128mb. I don’t know where I need to change this. I would appreciate to get a clear and detailed lead how I can fix this.
