Your problem
My problem is: I have contacts stuck in campaigns for some reason that I can’t figure out why.
These errors are shown in the log: Mautic error log is empty
Steps I have tried to fix the problem: Not sure which steps to take.
What steps should I take to determine why these contacts are stuck? I can’t tell what step they are stuck at but I can see actions that have not happened on all of the stuck contacts.
Note: Following the “Notify Agent” after the “Open Email” decision, I used to have that directly flowing into the “Change Square Amt to 0” action. That’s how it worked in the old days.
I’ve since changed that flow so that it uses the “Jump to Event” action which then moves the contact to the “Change Square Amt to 0” action.
Perhaps because of this flow connection that is what is causing these contacts to get stuck and future contacts should flow through. But that’s a theory at this point.
