Once every hour, we experience a sudden CPU spike, and the resources are traced to the following location:
/opt/cpanel/ea-php80/root/usr/bin/php /home/mautic/public_html/mautic.devced.com

I’d suggest figuring out which job is running at that time as a starting point. If you need to optimise the cron jobs then you can search the forums for many resources which help you to understand how they work and how to tweak them for optimal resource usage.
