CSV Imports

I’m trying to import a problematic CSV from a provider that allowed for quotes, commas and backslashes in the fields. Here’s a demo sample of the file -

Any suggestions for import methods? I have thousands of leads for multiple users to import so manual process is out of the question.

I’d suggest to open the CSV in Open Office Calc and then export it to CSV again using comma as delimiter, quotes as enclosure and UTF8 as encoding.
