Custom field doesn't appear in form

Hello

1./ I have set up some custom field (Prefered language, product interest). Those field are in the Core Group

When I edit my form and try to add a field when I search the Prefered Language field, it doesn’t appear in the Core list)



2./ I find out that field Country is present both in Company and Personnal group. When I edit my form I want to choose COmpany Country but it seems it propose me only Personnal Contry . Why ?
