Database connection error (code #0) when clicking in a URL inside an email

Hello,

I send an email with an asset located in google drive.

When clicking to download the assets, users get the error Database connection error (code #0) but URL from the asset outside the email does work.

Any idea on how to fix that issue?

@Pilar why dont you add that file in your mautic folder?

Where you installed?

Did you check error log ?
