Directory for email html files

My Mautic version is: 2.13.1
My PHP version is: 7.1.33
My Database type and version is: Debian 4.9.272-2

Your problem

I wanna backup all my emails by copying them from server directory via ftp access. But I cant find the directory where the emails html files are stored. URL contains preview directory but no such physical directory is on the server. Can you give me a hint? Thank you

Hello,
Not sure what do you mean by Email, so here is a complete answer:

  1. Your email templates (themes) are stored under /themes in your main Mautic folder.
  2. The HTML version of your emails are stored in the database in the emails table custom_html column.
  3. If you use MJML, then the MJML version of your emails are stored in the bundle_grapesjsbuider table custom_mjml column.

thank you. I am attaching pictures illustrating what I mean. So do I understand correctly that these preview emails don´t exist as separate files and they are only in the database?

Correct, these emails are stored in the DB in the emails table, custom_html column.
