Dynamic Month calculation in the subject

Hi, I know we can add customized subject lines by adding things like {contactfield=firstname}, but can we add/pull the current month? And I want to take the current month and add 1, in today’s example it would be March, Feb +1.

If possible how would to find out the list of variable available?
