Edit/Delete Contacts Not Working

I’m using mautic api to add contacts. It is working correctly. But I’m not able to edit/delete contacts. I got this error response:

Code:
Forbidden You don't have permission to access /api/contacts/3178/delete on this server.

Anybody know how to solve this?
