I notice that I am not using a theme when you set it to none, you never see the button for Launch Builder. Unless you use the builder, there is no way to input fields from the contact record such as first name. We are using Mautic version 1.4.1. I want to personalize my emails without having to use a theme. Would appreciate any advice.
