After hours spent trying to setup a simple form to send welcome email to my users I really gave up!


  1. created campaign form - http://take.ms/WM8C0
  2. created email - http://take.ms/FxDO1L (which is in pending status for some reason)
  3. created campaign - http://take.ms/Q1BFC



    The proble is that everything seems working perfectly except for the email that is never sent.



    I would really appreciate if you could support me.

Hello,

the clock icon doesn’t mean the email is pending (the label is misleading). It means you’ve set up the Publish At or Unpublish At dates. Clear those fields. Mautic takes it that the email is not published until the publish date period happens.
