Your problem
My problem is: I use t he Mautic platform to send newsletter emails. Therefore I have created a campaign that sends the same email. I filter the contacts based in their status. So, if a contact is unsubscribed the campaign doesn’t do anything, but if not, it sends them a transactional email. The filter is prior to the email being sent.
So I first filter the contacts and then I sent the email. Today though, mautic skipped the filter and sent an email at unsubscribed contacts.
P.S. I know that the transactional email ignores the DO NOT CONTACT, but I filter the contacts within the campaign. I have tested this in the past and it has worked.
