Email template not saving and close after edit

Your problem
My problem is:
Have installed Mautic on a subdomain in a shared hosting by Namecheap and everything is working fine except that I cant save templates after editing and thereby causing all messages blank when sent as email.

Please I need help.

I even have to switch from the new grapejs to the mautic builder but still facing the same challenge

I will appreciate your assistance.

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: I followed the debugging procedure by clearing cache, update the database schema, etc.

  2. wordfence or other evil wp plugin stops that ajax save to complete.

I can’t really. You should ask the person who maintains your Mautic.
It’s just too complicated to explain in few words or video.
