Empty Event Name?

My PHP version is : 7.4.21

My problem is :

Install is working fine.

I discovered today the following error with a created email contact.

I don’t see any relevant error in the logs. We have some forms integrated with third party providers. Would those contacts (if rejected by the provider) create such a blank field? Any other ideas?

may have something to do with download (7)
This is google scanning your email content/links. Not sure why it would create a blank entry other than not meeting prerequisites for the known event names within Mautic.
