@chinonet, it will be your server configuration. We had ENDLESS issues with this (and a heap of other stuff) until we sorted the server config out. There is no decent guide for how to configure a server for Mautic - it’s trial and error. We’ve made so many changes and done so many tweaks that I cannot remember them all.
I plan to start a thread on Github to get some sort of guide set up for this. I can’t imagine how many people walk away from Mautic out of sheer frustration over this issue.
I’m curious what your guys’ set up is like… are you running Debian/Red Hat or Windows? Which version of PHP? What mailserver? Firewall?
Shared, VPS or dedicated hosting?
Are you running as root when you modify files?
