--exclude on mautic:campaigns:trigger

when using --exclude according to documentation this should exclude any existing events from being triggered again however when i tested this on my campaign - the whole campaign trigger is stalled and nothing triggers at all so the whole campaign is frozeen.

Does anyone has any experience or knowledge on how to use this parameter efficiently ?

I thought i would use this parameter to avoid sending duplicated emails to leads.

Thanks

I don’t think you can filter by events, but only by campaigns, contacts or even phase of a campaign. But not events.

But even the phase of campaign isn’t meant to choose from an specific step in the decision tree/flow.

I am not really understanding correctly what you are needing, can you explain it differently?
